A bit about Me...
I was raised in Nevada, but have lived in Colorado for almost 20 years. I love to travel and experience new people and places. I enjoy hiking, reading and above all, spending time with family and friends. I am a people person, but I also enjoy my quiet time.
I have worked with hundreds of people from teens to adults, assisting them with challenges such as; relationships, divorce, career transition, college selection, spiritual discovery, marriage, parenting, communication and health and wellness.
Do I have it all figured out? No. I am on a constant journey to improve myself. I spend time every year reflecting on my own successes and challenges. I invest in my own personal development by attending conferences and workshops, and I have mentors and coaches that are vital to my growth. I don’t try to figure it out alone, because I have learned that I grow much quicker with a little support from others. I believe I am a new creature every day and it is important to me to continually "check in" and make adjustments to maintain the balance I desire for my life.
I am married to a wonderful man and I have one teenage son. They, along with our dog, Patch, are my inspiration and joy. I spend as much time as I can with them.
I studied Psychology in college and thought that someday I would go into private practice, but determined quickly that I was not interested in therapy, as much as I was advising, guiding and encouraging those who wanted to create change.
I love people! I love to watch them in airports and shopping malls. I love to listen to them talk to me and to each other. I love babies babble and old ladies cackles.
